The Terms & Conditions stated here relate to goods and services provided by Futur Sports. Placement of any order will be taken as an indication of willingness to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The prices shown on this site are our Retail prices including VAT at 17½%. We reserve the right to alter or amend our prices without prior notice being given via this site or our brochure.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that we have received an order. We cannot accept liability for any orders not received.
CARRIAGE
Orders are subject to a charge for carriage. Carriage will be charged at the price shown when ordering, Where goods can be delivered using normal UK postage the delivery charge will be reduced to reflect this method of delivery. If any customers request an order to be sent via express delivery they will automatically be charged for this although it will not be shown when placing the order. On these occasions we shall phone/fax and confirm charges. We shall email you with the delivery charges for any unlisted destinations after you have placed your order.

Payment can be made via Visa/Mastercard/Switch/Delta/Solo.
